Chapter affiliataion for the 2026-2027 school year will open August 1st, 2026 and close on December 18th, 2026. New chapter advisors requesting a charter number will need to complete the HOSA Charter Request Form (available August 1st).  If you would like to reactivate your chapter, email the State Advisor to request the charter number,

Classroom Activities

As a co-curricular organization, HOSA offers its members relavent and fun classroom activities that support your health science curriculum. 

Gain Knowledge & Technical Skills  

HOSA activities and competitive events align with VDOE competencies for many Health Science Pathways.

Leadership Development

HOSA events and programming support leadership skills.  HOSA also offers students leadership opportunities on the local, state, & international level. 

Competitive Events

Through state & international conferences, students can participate in competitive events and earn recognition.  Scholarship opportunities are available.
