Membership Affiliation 

If it is your first time affiliating or you just need a refresher,  please refer to these written or video instructions on how to affiliate your members into the HOSA Online System (CMS). 

  • Membership Affiliation for the 2026-2027 school year is August 1, 2026 to December 18, 2026.
  • Are you a Chapter Advisor interested in starting a new chapter? Complete this FORM to start the process of gaining a charter number to affiliate.
